Delivery Information

There are various delivery options available throughout the India. Shipping costs and time will be advised during RFQs.

Our Preferred Shipping Partner is Fed-Ex, Trackon, Gati, Bluedart, DTDC & for larger consignments such as Massive Axis & Spindle Motors we Ship via Om Logistic.

Once the Items have left our premises, all the details will be shared to traceability to the chosen destination.

Payment

We only accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments made in any other will be subject to additional charges with the current date.

Warranty

MIASS offers a full 30 day Return to base warranty on all used refurbished and service exchange Parts.

Further we offer a 2 month warranty on all new replacement CRT monitors, LED / LCD monitors, replacement Fanuc, Siemens, Rittal & Mitsubishi power supply units re-built by ourselves and Fanuc, Siemens, Rittal & Mitsubishi memory replacement boards, Fanuc, Siemens, Rittal & Mitsubishi motors.

Return Policy

Restock And Returns : All parts supplied exchange or outright, and repaired by us are tested and packed with extreme care to the weight, fragility, dimensions of the part and careful selection of the best packaging from pelleting, to our sealed air foam packing thru to our custom made foam sliding boxes. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.

We will only allow the return of an Item in the following cases :

Faulty When Received : If any items purchased have faults when they are delivered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs.

Damaged In Transit : Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility or liability for damaged items.

RO Water Supply

We at Miass provide various services for the entire HV (High Voltage) & LV (Low Voltage) Electrical Systems.
